    Authentication unsuccessful - Outgoing Mailbox

      Hi all,

       

      I have configured Outgoing Mailbox in my environment (AR Ver. 9.1.03 on Windows Server). But notifications aren't sent and i get this message in Email log file-

       

      <EML> <TID: 24> <SEVERE > <com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPTransport$Authenticator> /* Thu Dec 14 2017 16:55:15.687 */ 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful

       

      I cross verified the email user credentials in outlook, there's nothing wrong in it. But i don't understand why do i get this message "Authentication Error" even if i configure a test user (with valid credentials) for testing purpose. This is a new Setup

       

      I went through a number of discussion on this forum, and yet i am unable to get any resolution

       

      Any Suggestions ?
