    Filter on HPD:HelpDesk, when work log is added?

      We are looking to invoke a filter on HPD:HelpDesk and pass arguments like summary of incident and latest worklog.

      Filter Condition: When incident is closed or worklog is updated.

       

      Challenge: Need to find a Run if qualiification for worklog is updated on HPD:HelpDesk.

       

      OR

      If we use  HPD:WorkLog, any way to access the summary of incident and corresponding run if qualification for update of worklog.
