    Filter task is not activating

      Hi Experts,


      Remedy ARServer version - 8.1/ITSM version - 8.1

      We are facing issue with task in change management module. We have created one manual task in Change module when the change ticket status is "Planning in Progress" using filter workflow. Task is getting created successfully in "staged" status. But when change status is changing to "Scheduled" then task status is not automatically changing to "Pending" with status reason value "Assignment". Below is the task creation filter screenshot.


      Need your help to fix this issue.
