Check Patrol Agent user hostingLWP KM has necessary permissions, LWP KM is in pre-loaded list and CMA policy is configured correctly.
If still having issue, in the CMA policy for Ping Monitoring configuration, 'Enable logging' and save the policy. In Patrol Agent, under $PATROL_HOME\PPM\logs details of the issue will be captured.
Once the issue is identified and fixed, edit the CMA policy and disable logging and save the policy.
