Thanks Carl. I am referring to the menu's where users can type whatever they want and it adds it to the drop down menu.
I believe the menu style is referred to as Overwrite.
This can be seen in HPD:Template
The value is actually stored in the field that it is populated in on the request.
So if you were to enter a new Template Category Tier 1, this is stored in the 'Template Category Tier 1' field for that Incident Template.
To remove the value, you would need to delete the corresponding Template or change the value of the existing Template(s) using that value.
