    Use Custom Object in Remedyforce Console

      Hello Remedyforce Community,

       

      Can I add a custom object as an option in the Remedyforce Console tab? (Example: Incident, Change Request, MY_Custom_Ticket_Type,).

      If so can this object also be utilized in the Self Service Menu?
