    FootPrints Incoming Email Issue After Exchange Patching

      It seems each month after our Exchange server is patched, the email connection for FootPrints breaks. Support has not been able to figure this out, and puts the blame on Exchange. Looking in the logs as I have turned the debug on for the patches last night, I can see the disconnect, the retried connections, and the timeout. After the timeout occurs, the error pops up about an SSL Connection issue. Restarting the Exchange Transport Service alleviates the problem, but this is not ideal for when we go live in production. Is there a setting somewhere that the timeout can be changed to where this is not an issue?

       

      The errors i see in the log are listed below...

       

      This error repeats once

      I saw a post in another issue doing a search, and i'm not sure if this is a viable solution for the issues that we are having.
