    Populate text in ticket description into a task that is generated automatically by template

      We noticed that when creating a task in an existing ticket our system automatically copies text in ticket into task but tasks created using Service Request definition are blank unless specified in task template.


      See attached screenshot of a task template. It currently enters "Please be aware of new employee" in description field, but we would like to have template enter description in ticket instead because it has additional details.
