    Where do I see the Impacted CI status inside the Incident?

      Hello everyone,

       

      I have recently migrated from IBRSD to BSR and it seems that the in the intelligent incident opened by the new solution the information about the Impacted CI status is missing.

       

      In the integration based on IBRSD I had a Work info containing the current status of the Impacted CI:

      In the integration based on BSR the same information about the Impacted CI status is missing:

       

      Where can I see this information inside the incident opened using BSR?
