    How to create filter?

      We need to call a script when tickets are updated and the script takes the ticket number and some other fields.

      After reading the BMC documentation, it seems that we need to create filters for the same.

      Being entirely new to BMC, can someone please guide on how to proceed with filter creation?

       

       

      Note: The admin access was provided on BMC remedy installed on project's server. We tried exploring the administrative consoles and similar links, but could not find options to create a filter.

      Any guidance would be appreciated ?
