    Sandbox request is pending for several weeks now

      Dear community,

       

      I guess that something is not working correctly regarding my request for an Innovation Studio developer sandbox. My account is klenker@axino-group.com and I have been registered  for using the developer portal and afterwards requested a new sandbox on Monday, 16.10.2017.

       

      For the registration, I‘ve received a notification email only little later, but for the sandbox I’ve received nothing and the status is still pending (see screenshot below). Clicking on “EVALUATE AGAIN” has no effect, independent from the browser I am using (tested with Firefox and IE11)

       

      Today I've logged in and checked the status. It seems that my request was just ignored, thus I have requested a new sandbox but unfortunately the same behavior. No email, status is pending.

       

      Could somone please help?
