Just recently I moved from Fault Management to BMC Remedy (ARS and Atrium) as solution owner within VodafoneZiggo. In this role I have the responsibilities for the entire BMC Remedy suite. We have a system integrator by means of a managed service. My knowledge of BMC Remedy is yet limited, for that I'm taking the BMC courses and try to find answers on the BMC community.
For now I'm interested in introducing multi-tenancy as this is a new requirement/wish.
