    Differences between Configuration Item Lookups

      I'm having difficulties locating where the columns for lookups to the CMDB configuration items are configured. I understand that the Column Headers field set in the Base Element is used for this, but when I use the lookups to link Incidents, SRs, and Change Requests to a CI in the Remedyforce Console I see different columns.


      In the Remedyforce Console I have selected the "Select and Link to Incident" on the "Linked Configuration Items and Assets" section of the Incident Details page and I see these columns in the lookup.

      Why are these different from the columns I have selected in the Column Headers field set? Where can I configure what columns show up in this lookup for linking CIs to Incidents?
