    TrueSight has LoginID but BSR 3.5 requires Assignee Full Name

      Hello everyone,


      BSR 3.5 allows to propagate the Incident Assignee information from TrueSight to Remedy.

      The problem I am facing is that in TrueSight I only have the Login Id of the user while the Incident Assignee must be passed to Remedy (via BSR) as a Full Name.

      How did you fill this gap?
