On my customer we've cost avoided over £1M of hardware upgrades through the use of TSCO, we've also generated purchases to around £200,000 of hardware upgrades elsewhere in the estate.
TSCO helps you plan your estate to match your growth, as well as keep an eye on the other processes, such as IT OPS to ensure they're doing their jobs properly...
Noted on this. I’m also looking at leveraging more value in using the Dashboard. Can you guide me in some documents or articles in creating TSCO dashboards? I can’t seem to find in BMC site and in our communities.

Thanks. I have browsed thru these stuffs as well.

In order to get the value from Dashboards you need to understand what's important to your audience, and craft dashboards, views and drilldowns to meet those needs.
Most of the OOTB views are infrastructure focused, but The Business is less bothered about infrastructure and wants to know more about their apps, so using KMs to enrich the infrastructure data and a Domain structure that focuses more on business services is important.
This allows you to design views, and dashboards that answer the questions the business will ask when it all goes to pot. It also makes assisting functions like Problem Management and Major Incident Management more useful.
