Its been a long time and i dont see updates from anyone on this issue as this issue is still been worked BMC but without any resolution still.
Appreciate response at your earliest availability.
There were many support folks from BMC worked on this issue.
Finally with the Uninstall and Reinstall of both RSSO and Midtier with debugging all the logs along the few of the configurations made this move ahead.
As of now all is well at our Environment which was by chance Dev Environment which took a longtime.
