    Cannot access or create Sandbox

      I cannot access my Sandbox but it should still exist because the last status mail was: "Your sandbox will automatically be decommissioned in 34 days on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, if no further activity on your sandbox is detected".


      I tried to request a new sandbox but I received this email: "You have exceeded the limit or your request is already under progress."


      Therefore I tried to request a sandbox with my gmail account but I received the same error mail.






      Update: It works on the gmail account now. But I cannot manage the instance from Developer portal. Seems to be same issue than No access to Sandbox
