We have seen this before. Make sure the users have the Work Order User permission.
Thanks for your reply. Yes you are partially correct.
We have got the resolution for this issue. User should have the below permission to view the "Incident" and "Work Order" option under "Create new" tab.
At least two of the following permissions are required(one from each module):-
- Work Order permission type:
1) Work Order User
2) Work Order Master
- Additional permission type:
1) Service Request User
2) SRM Administrator
3) Business Manager
Also we are able to view the "Smart Recorder" tab after proving these permission.
