Are these users with floating license or fixed license?
If with floating license make sure when they get error do they have the write token available? is your system allows guest logins, in case user fail ldap authentication? (check the arjavaplugin.log for ldap authentication logs detail ( turn on the pluginsvr log level to DEBUG).
I am sure you have verified their assigned permissions as well. Turn on the logs and review where it is throwing error and on which fields?
Also share the error as well.
Which version of Remedy AR is in use? If this is 9.1.03, check with Hierarchical Group Configuration.
- Licensing related issues were reported with 9.x version. That could be another area to look up.
Can you please post exact error message or Screenshot?
Also may we have some details on Environment?

The users have fixed License.
We haven't enabled the check "Allow Guest Users".
The problem seems is related with LDAP due to if user has password in People form the login with ITSM or Smart IT hasn't license problems.

We have seen the similar issues. 9.1.03 patch 1 do fix some of the issues.
Still we see issues with LDAP group mapping and computed groups.
