We are with BMC Remedy ARS,ITSM,RSSO and MyIT with the ARS version 9.1.02 with Oracle as DB and Windows as OS.
We do have a requirement with one of the field as Special Handling(CheckBox) being added on HPD:Help Desk so based on that field all the associated tasks irrespective of Adhoc task or Task Template should popup a message.I have defined an Activelink which triggers based on Checked/Unchecked box of Special Handling.
This workflow triggers fine for TMS:Task Form but adding a field to TMS:Taskgroup is not triggering the Message when Special Handling is checked/unchecked?
Would like to know the possibility to proceed on this requirement.
Is it possible to add a field on TMS:TemplateSelection form which triggers when Task is created using Task Type to be Task Template?
Appreciate response at your earliest availability.
Workflow is designed for this requirement and everything is working as Expected/Required.
