can you try to create same user who is having same roles and permission ?
Also try to create a new work space

There was a defect in the 9.1.03 release that could cause this. It's fixed in patch 1 or the latest 9.1.03 hotfix. See

Yes, we are able to login after forcing the user to use the password from Remedy instead of LDAP authentication.
The Kind of Issue I am seeing here - is Scaring me. Seems BMC has skipped very basic testing before releasing the New Version 9.1.03.
