    Why are we getting Organization-wide email address not found

      Good Afternoon,


         My company is on summer 17 and we are working in remedyforce/salesforce. We created a new profile (Cloned it) and assigned 3 people
      with that profile. While working tickets and when they tried to send e-mails to a user from the ticket, the following  message pops up

      “Organization-wide email address not found. Please contact your system administrator.”

      It works for all profiles but this one and we do have our  Organization-Wide Email Addresses has adefault “

      helpdesk@estes-express.com”. I have compared the 2 profile but did see anything.  Looking for anyone with Ideas
