This is on chatter as per screenshots. So you have chatter feed generated.
The chatter feed could be generated based on changes to field values.
The setting is under setup > quick find > type chatter feed tracking - select problem object - uncheck fields or a check box at top to disable feed tracking

I disabled feed tracking of "Problem" .
After that, i created the ticket (00000014) from "Problem".
I am still sharing it with specific user.
I checked "Release" feed tracking just in case.It was disable and when i created the ticket from "Release", i did not see anything from chatter page.
Do you know that where i should check next?
I found the reason. It was because the user was setting the workflow on the RF.
The workflow that if someone created "Problems" ticket, announce to this user.. lol Now i heard about it from him.
