    Can an Email for Current Work Order Change Specific Field

      I am very new to Track-It and the communities, but I am wondering if there is a way that when an email comes in that deals with a current work order can it update a specific field?


      For instance we have a 'Status' field that is set to 'Waiting for Customer'. When the user responds via email we would like the email monitor to automatically change the 'Status' field to 'Customer Response Received'.

      Is something like this possible in Track-It?
