    After upgraded to 365 Office, Users are not able to email Remedy tickets

      Hi Folks,

       

      After Tech Team upgraded to Office 365 , users are not able to email Remedy Tickets. (File, Send, Request Mail Recipient is grayed out)

       

      Remedy Version: 7.6.04 SP5

       

      Did anyone faced this issue.
