This is rather a vague question. There is no way to automatically remove these. You would need to do a search looking at the reason on the DiscoveryAccess to see why it was skipped.
I have found a document where this is discussed:

I don't understand how you got that idea from that.
WMI and RemQuery can both find the OS details. RemQuery may not be able to distinguish the cases if systeminfo request times out. Then it falls back to running ver which does not distinguish Desktop and Server OSes.
No - you should definitely not disable WMI. You cannot stop it system reporting skipped for Windows Desktop. You are not discovering them - it is recognising it as a desktop and stopping discovery.
