Host Profile report - Communication with unknown Hosts

    Martin Wenger

In a Host Profile report, I typically see two tables 1) 'Communication with known hosts' where I see the IP and host name listed and 2) 'Communication with unknown hosts' where just the IP is shown. Any explanation to the following would be much appreciated:

      • How does table 2) 'Communication with unknown hosts' get generated?
      • Why does it only list IPs even though the host nodes associated with those IPs have been discovered and are in ADDM?
      • What is the difference between the 'Detailed Observed Communication' report and the two 'Communication with..' tables in the Host Profile report? I would expect that to be the same
