Can you post the screenshot of the error? Also, can you check in the tomcat\logs\localhost_access log whether the connection even reaching to your MyIT Server or not.

Thank you for the response.As far as I know ux.logs are helpful in troubleshooting issues with thin client.
Since this issue is coming on android device,can you please confirm if I need to collect ux.log and how they will help us here.
Have you tried below points-
1. Uninstall app, Restart mobile(must do), Install it again FROM official network (link shared internally from your company)
2. For connection setting try both by IP and Server name.
It doesn't look like issue with user account as it's not reaching to server from app.
