I can see the steps now but when I try to open them I get Unable to open dialog for this step.
You need to download from EPD the Atrium Integrator Client package.
I did that. I think I found the issue. Our server is still at 9.1.00 and according to the KB articles on support, both have to be at 9.1.03 (server and client) for the new 9.1.03 client to work.
We've reverted back to 9.1.00 until we can get the server upgraded to 9.1.03.
If this isn't the case, I'm open to suggestions because I could not get the 9.1.03 client to work (everything worked except CMDB steps).
For client to be 9.1.03 server has to be 9.1.03 yes. Specially in SP3 since we have moved Pentaho from version 4 to 6.
