    Remedy :  AR System Email Messages

      We are trying to send mails from Remedy server.

      The mails from the server always have the message , "The message was sent with High Importance", if the priority is 1; and the mails have message,"The message was sent with Low Importance" if the priority is 4.



      Is there any ways possible in workflows or mail client where we can control the information so that the mails from Remedy Server don't have the message, irrespective of priority?
