    Email Setting Greyed Out [ Incoming Email (System) ]

      We recently restored our test server environment to start our engagement with a vendor for admin training. Upon the restore the option to add setting details for the Incoming Email  (System) is greyed out. Checking and unchecking the box didn't seem to help.

       

      Has anyone else ran into this before? I tried to do a search but have not seem to be able to find anything similar.
