    Lookup tables permissions

      Hi,

       

      Does anyone know how to setup permissions on Admin Console ---> Lookup tables? I want couple of my Technicians to have just read only access to the Lookup tables --->HelpDesk --> Work Order Types, Work Order statuses and some more screens.

       

      I tried by creating a security policy with "Work Order Types", "Work Order statuses" options unselected from Module --> Dropdown Edit tab in the New security policy and assigned this security policy to the desired technicians. But the Technicians are able to Add/Edit/Delete Work order types and statuses.

       

      Can someone please suggest me on how to achieve this.

      We have Track-it 11.4 sp1.
