ADDM ships without any CMDB sync filters so everything is sent to the CMDB out of the box.
So yes you should see the model in the CMDB if you are using the factory default settings.
However, in line within industry standard configuration management best practices, consider to setup CMDB sync filters to make sure you only have what you need and can manage in the CMDB.
When you start to filter out classes and CI types from the CMDB you need to make sure you do not break the models.
