Schedule Management Console is only providing generic level information, More detailed information can be obtained from Smart Reporting server logs,
Please take remote connection to Smart Reporting Server Navigate to <SR_Install_Dir>/appserver/logs and send across smartreporting.log and email.log files.
Please note -
Default logging level for Smart Reporting is set to ERROR which means it will log limited error information, we may need to increase logging to Granular level in case info is not sufficient.
