    Scheduled report is not sending to user

      Hi All,

       

      We are on remedy 9.1 and i am facing with an issue. We are creating a web report by associate form of HPD:HelpDesk CLassic. after that i am adding a qualification inside the report and saved it. then i scheduled it on 1 week recurrence on monday to friday but this report is not triggering to user  on the said time . even i check in nte:notifier log form but there is no entry for today regarding that report. Could you please let me know what is wrong in this ?
