    Standard Process Model/Flow/Lifecycle for Remedy v9.1 Incident / Problem / Change / Request

      I've been searching around the forums and support documentation to find the standard process model (flows or lifecycle depending on what you call it) for incident / problem / change / request fulfilment.


      I've come across this post which details the Incident process flow, assuming this aligns to Remedy v9.1?

      Could somebody please point me to the direction of the equivalent standard process models for problem / change / request?
