    Service Request Submission notification mail is not getting triggered to the mail ID specified in the 'Email' field of the Service Request Console

      Service Request Submission notification mail is not getting triggered to the mail ID specified in the 'Email' field of the Service Request Console. Instead it is triggering to the 'Requested By' person by picking his/her Email ID from the People form. Need your help in sending out the Customer/End User Notifications to the mail ID specified in the 'Email' field of the Service Request Console.
