What are the maximum amount of entries reached on incident console and how can you changes this ? Currently we are not pulling up all records and the list view are set up correctly.
View in incident console ‘Tina’ is s for all , results are 10000 records showing records for 2011
Ran a report and it shows 391,129 for all 2004-2017
