I believe the best way to achieve this is to leverage the new integration that IT Data Analytics 2.7 has with Remedy ITSM to ingest incidents and changes. You could construct your query accordingly and then use the ITDA dashlet in the presentation server. To go down this path your Remedy must be version 9.0.x or above. The link below is to the ITDA documentation that gives more specifics on the integration. Hope this helps.
I haven't been able to test this integration on "BMC demo cloud" because the ITDA version installed is 2.5. Would you be able to share a screenshot example of how this integration looks like on a TSOM dashboard? ...We would like to show it to our customer.
