    Queue members not displaying in lookup window from tickets

      Hello,

       

      I am stumped as I cannot get to assign specific users to a ticket, even though they have been added, either through roles or manually, into queues, which individually actually see the correct people.

      Using the lookup window from the Console:

       

       

       

      so the queue is empty - I am a full sys admin with overall privileges and can see/create anything in the system, so I should not have any issue with that...

       

      Any ideas would be appreciated!
