Hi, I am writing a Filter on HPD:Helpdesk form which should push a Worklnfo record in HPD:Worklog form when the Priority of the Incident is modified.

Filter Qualification is 'TR.Priority'!='DB.Priority' which fires on modification of the Incident. In the If action, I have put the push fields action which will push a record to the HPD:Worklog form. But i notice that the filter gets fired and a WI gets created even if there is no change in the Priority. Any suggestions please let me know.
