No, this is not something you can change, the SQL format is not configurable. Having said that, which version of Remedy are you using? I think this is something that changed in v9 and we now use parameterized queries.
we have the 8.1 version I guess. It is horrible how it is using the databases. No optimization / tuning possible
The queries generated by Remedy are dynamic based on user qualifications.
The queries cannot be changed but db fine tuning can be done by adding
proper Indexes, using proper qualifications.
fine tuning? nice joke. How you can design proper indexes when the queries are dynamically generated and none of it is the same? And what is qualification?
