You need to check your arerror.log to find out what's happening with it.
In my case i had to configure the listener in SQL database and the same details i used while installing AR.
The 8152 error seems to be the failure point, it happens if data size exceed target column width. Have a look at the INSERT command which it failed on, you may even want to run the command directly.
You may need to start fresh with install & DB, remember to double check the 9.1 database preparations
what do you see in indstall logs...severe errors?

I see in the screen shot you shared the host name/IP address you used looks
to be weird. Something like
Windows Remedy. 35nfyyy....
Can you correct that and try the installation again?
