    Remedy Upgrade 8.1.02 to 9.1.02, error 8760

      Hi,

       

      I try to upgrade Remedy from V8.1.02 to 9.1.02 in our test environment. Single server, the development and production environment is a server group.

       

      First to say, the upgrade doesn´t work- or the upgrade runs more than 1 days and is still running..... So I think it doesn´t work

      But anyway, in the arerror.log are very often these two entries

      FTS action: SCHEMA_REINDEX failed ERROR (8760): Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System Plug-In server; SERVER.DOMAIN:9999

      FTS action: INDEX_FORM_UPDATED_SINCE failed ERROR (8760): Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System Plug-In server; SERVER.DOMAIN:9999

       

      The process runs on the server itself...

      In the ar.cfg are a lot of "server-plugin-aliases" like

      Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARF.FTS ARSYS.ARF.FTS SERVER.DOMAIN:9998

      Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARDBC.FTSCONFIG ARSYS.ARDBC.FTSCONFIG SERVER.DOMAIN:9999

       

      I think the first problem is that the upgrade process runs more than 1 days and is still running, but I cannot ignore these entries in the arerror.log, right?

      I have to admit, our test environment is not a high performance environment...

       

      So, what is the problem....? Has anyone an idea?
