    Disk space issue causing/blocking BNA 8.7 installation failed in BMC CLM 4.6

      Hi Team,

       

      I am installing BMC CLM 4.6 in one of our customer environment,

       

      I am stuck at the BNA installation because of Disk space issue, it is showing error as "LOG EVENT {Description=[Validation error],Detail=[NOT_ENOUGH_DISK_SPACE NOT_ENOUGH_TEMPORARY_SPACE]}" even though there is more than 50 GB of disk space available in drive.

      Tried with following possible resolutions:

      Changed drive for installation.

      Given full Permissions to all required folders including Temp.

      fsutil behavior has been set to 0 for disable8dot3.

      Changed Temp/Tmp path.

      Windows Firewall is Off.

      IP Helper Service is Off.

      Having Admin privileges.

       

      Environment: Windows 2012 Server.

       

      Similar issue is happening for standalone BNA installation.

       

      Can anybody have faced the similar problem?
