The preferred approach is to submit a sizing request through BMC support. In the request, you will be asked to send the pre-defined sizing report in order to create a baseline for your existing environment, and you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire documenting the additional load you expect from the Tivoli data.
The current product documentation does mention some sizing for server and storage, but this approach will provide you with more specific information for your environment.

Thanks a lot Mike!
Where do I find the pre-defined sizing report please? I would like to be nosey!
The sizing and scalability information can be found here: Sizing and scalability considerations - BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization 10.7 - BMC Documentation
As Mike West suggested though, the best approach is to work with BMC Support to size your environment properly.
In addition to what Brad mentioned in his response, there is a pre-defined report to extract data flow information that we use to help baseline the load in an existing environment. The baseline is used in the support interaction to help size or validate the architecture of an existing environment. The name of the report is Diagnostic - Sizing and Data Flow Estimation and it is OOTB in more recent versions for TSCO 10.x. A copy is also available through support.
Thanks Mike, found it!
Very interesting reading.
