    Remedy Smart IT Custom Character Fields

      Hi,

       

      We want to populate Custom character field on Smart IT on Create Incident Page before the save of the ticket.

      We have achieved the same for Custom Menu Field using a Join Form and then having the same field on HPD:Help Desk, HPD:IncidentInterface_Create, HPD:IncidentInterface, HPD:HelpDesk_SLM_Join_Outer forms.

       

      Has anyone tried the same for Custom Charcter fields?
