    Email Rule Suddenly Not Working

      Hi All,,,

       

      I have configured an email rule to create incident when the subject is in a certain text, and the rule was working fine and incidents created successfully; but suddenly - with nothing has been changes - no incidents created while many emails meet the rule criteria has been received.

       

      - email engine is working with no error

       

       

      Any Help !!!!!
