Please post full Job Run Log, Application Server Log and RSCD Log of the target being analysed.
Also check the available Memory and Disk Storage on the target
Please mention the full build number (version) of both Application Server and RSCD Agent
Please try rebooting the target and rerunning the Patch Analysis - and send the data mentioned if the problem still occurs

We are able to run patch analysis without reboot on the target.
Not sure but looks like temporary issue related to system memory.
So it's resolved?
Some memory got freed up?
