Using sed in nsh script on Windows

I have a problem with sed in my nsh script on Windows. I have to replace some string in config files. Code like this:

      nexec -e sed -e 's/tls/cert/g' /c/Program\ Files/conf/xlog.conf

makes nothing although the Job is completed successfully. When I put it in NSH console I got printed conf file with replaced text, but nothing happned in file... What is wrong with that command?
